RE:   RESCIND LOCAL LAW 2 OF 2017 WHICH AUTHORIZES PORTIONS OF CERTAIN ROADS TO BE OPENED FOR ATV ACCESS TO CONNECT TO

OFF-ROAD TRAILS

         PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced by the Town Board of the Town of Leyden to Rescind Local Law 2 of 2017 and which will limit ATV Access to along certain roads.

         PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing upon the Local Law will be held at the Town Hall, 6606 School Road (Hamlet of Talcottville) Boonville, NY 13309, New York on APRIL 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons.
